The actor said that the film would start shooting this summer
What's more Duhamel says he met with Michael Bay yesterday and the Transformers 3 script is now complete. They're preparing to start filming it this summer.
Michael Bay will be directing the film from a script by Ehren Kruger, who co-wrote Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Paramount has already set a July 1, 2011 release date for the film. We'll be sure to keep you posted on any and all Transformers 3 developments as soon as we have more information.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon was released June 29th, 2011 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Julie White, Kevin Dunn, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Alan Tudyk, John Malkovich. The film is directed by Michael Bay.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was released June 24th, 2009 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn, Julie White. The film is directed by Michael Bay.

I don't mind the guy. But if he is to be apart of Transformers 3, then he needs a bigger role. Him and that black guy who has small parts in everything (bring the rain) really don't bring anything to the series. Alot of people hate on Shia LaBeouf, but at least he has a decent role in the movies with plenty of screen time.

Some one else needs to direct theses films and just have Bay's name in it. The jokes, are lame and crude, unnecessary for the Transformers.
Though I do enjoy most of is films, the jokes are mostly just wrong.

Transformers 1 was great, TF2 was wasn't THAT bad, but but not good. Great action scenes, but the story is just lame. AND GET RID OF SO MANY STUPID JOKES!! I dont mind 1 or 2 jokes, but this looked like f*cking Jar Jar Binks in SW Episode I

I think we can all agree that we rather wait 50 years for a third movie that good than wait two years for a another disaster like the 2nd one. I honestly have no hope for the franchise anymore. after watching bay behind the scenes spilling out his retarded ideas to the writers and them listening to it and writing it into the script just tells me there no faith, not with bay at the helm. why not consider a reboot since everything else is getting one. JUST GIVE IT TO NOLAN. LOL.
