Joseph Gordon-Levitt on Board for Inception
The actor joins Leonardo DiCaprio in this thriller from Warner Bros.
The film is described as a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind from Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan. Nolan wrote the original screenplay and hopes to shoot the sci-fi action film in the summer for a release during summer 2010.
The role that Gordon-Levitt will be doing was originally to be played by James Franco. He wasn't able to take to the role due to other commitments. Gordon-Levitt will be playing an associate of DiCaprio's character.
Also starring in the film are Marion Cotillard as DiCaprio's wife. Ellen Page will play a grad student and DiCaprio's friend. Cillian Murphy has also been cast in the film.
Inception was released July 16th, 2010 and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

Nolan is one of the best directors out there at the moment, so I have no doubt that this film will be good. DiCaprio and Gordon-Levitt are both great actors and it will be interesting to see them work together.

i'm not a big fan of dicaprio though i have warmed up to him slightly in recent years thanks to blood diamond and the departed.
on a whole though i would say the cast of this one is shaping up nicely.
i've even see levitt in a couple indie movies and he was surprisingly decent.

I look forward to anything with DiCaprio and or Murphy in it. Gordon-Levitt is also one of the lead actors in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. Since I have not seen him in anything, I will reserve my judgement of his as an actor until I see that one.
