DreamWorks has signed on writers Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley to pen the script of Cal of the Wild, a comedy that will quote reality TV genre, especially shows like Survivor.

According to Variety, the show was seveloped internally at DreamWorks, and revolves around Cal Tanner, the fraudulent star of a cable TV survival show, who is forced to keep himself and his female assistant alive when they're put in an actual survival situation.
