Jonah Hill in Early Talks for Transformers 2

Hot comedic actor Jonah Hill might be entering the world of Autobots and Decepticons. According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor is being considered for a role in Transformers 2.

Hill is reportedly in talks to play the college roommate of Shia LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky character at Princeton.

IESB.net also has a casting sheet for the film and this is the description of Witwicky's roommate:

"[CHUCK] 19-25 yrs., Sam's roommate at Princeton. He runs a conspiracy theory website. Funny in an irreverent, edgy way, he is shocked to see his conspiracy theories come to life. (2nd Lead)"

The sequel is set to begin filming this summer for a June 26, 2009 release.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was released June 24th, 2009 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn, Julie White. The film is directed by Michael Bay.

    WTF! you guys don't know what you're talking about. Jonah is awsome in everything he does. His comedy may be BIG but it's not OVERDONE. Take a look at Accepted, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Knocked up. All movies he had a supporting role in and it was no where near "overdone." If he is in Transformers 2, he'll be a great supporting comedian to Shia.

    I'm not sure about this one... He was great in Superbad, but that was another style of movie, I would be happy to see TF2 take a different path that the first part, more seriously approach than the first one. I mean put in some more serious, intelligent jokes, not those typical "happy time" teen jokes...
