Johnny Depp On the Set of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
The first images have surfaced (via PopSugar) of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow on the Hawaii set for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, alongside Kevin McNally, who reprises the role of Gibbs. Check out the photos below!

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released May 20th, 2011 and stars Johnny Depp, Penélope Cruz, Geoffrey Rush, Ian McShane, Kevin McNally, Sam Claflin, Astrid Berges-Frisbey, Stephen Graham. The film is directed by Rob Marshall.

No, i am absolutely NOT involved at all, in the making of Pirates 4. The people commenting on here, just think i do, because of the fact that i know so much about this movie, and thats only because i search on the internet about Pirates 4 during every single day, so no i don't work at all for the people who that are making Pirates 4. I hope that me telling you this, with other people on here reading this too, "hopefully" will get them to realize too, that i dont work for the people who that are making Pirates 4, and that will hopefully end all of the "sarcastic confusion" on here about why i know so much about Pirates 4.

Sorry, i don't have his contact information, and besides, i wouldn't dare tell him such a thing like that. I'd say that if anything, anyone would take that as an insult. He's not fat, it just appears that way because, it was most likely just his jacket blowing in the wind there, that made him appear to look as if he was fat in that image above, thats all that was that was going on with that in that photo.

That could be possible too, but for all we might know, it could be for any reason why it seems that way in the photo, but the thing you mentioned about the wind blowing on his jacket could be what caused him to seem fat in the photo, when he really isn't. I guess we'll be able to see if he really did gain weight or not, when the movie come sout, but i do highly doubt he did gain any weight like what people have said previously about the newly released photo.

Yeah, maybe they did have him gain a little bit of weight for the movie. I think that could be possible that they asked him to gain some weight for the movie, but i don't know if they actually did ask him to, considering they have not said that thats the reason why we see in those photos, that he looks a little bit different in those photos though.

first of all it was reported a while back that they were gona try and do more filming on land to help cut production cost because it cost them BIG bucks to film on sea...second i agree the first pic looks like a stunt double then again maybe they told him to gain a little more weight for the movie???

That's just your eyes playing tricks on you. That same thing happened to me while looking at that photo at first, but then i realized shortly after, that it only seems that way, because it's like an illusion in that photo, that we're all noticing as him being fat which he isn't, and it's also because of the angle he is standing in too that makes it seem like he is fat, which again he isn't.

As i've said to you before, i do comment on other articles that don't have anything to do with the Pirates movies, but the reason you see me doing so here for the Pirates related ones, is because thats what i comment about on this website the most. Also, yes it is great seeing Depp back as Captain Jack Sparrow in those photos! As for the thing you mentioned about them being on a beach, there is no reason to be all bent out of shape because of my having to observate before that they are on a beach! I said what i said about them being on a beach, because like what you said after me, that it's easy to see that they are on a beach, that is why i said that!
