John Goodman Boards The Station

John Goodman has signed on to star in The Station, Fox's comedy pilot from Ben Stiller's production shingle.

According to Variety, The Station revolves around a group of lackluster CIA operatives at a covert South American outpost, where they're charged with installing a new dictator. Goodman will play Ted Gannon, a gruff CIA vet and head of its Altamara Station.

Goodman joins a cast that includes Justin Bartha, Whitney Cummings, Rob Huebel and Julio Oscar Mechoso.

Onboard to direct The Station is helmer David Wain ("Role Models).
