Joaquin Phoenix and Marion Cotillard Low Life Set Photos

The Untitled James Gray Project, known in some circles as Low Life, marks actor Joaquin Phoenix's second turn in front of the camera since retiring in 2009. He stars opposite Marion Cotillard in this romantic period drama about the struggles of a set of immigrants whose trip to Ellis Island takes a dark turn. Both Marion Cotillard and Joaquin Phoenix were spotted on the set yesterday, Friday, January 27th. Check them out in their peasant garb below.

Untitled James Gray Project comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Joaquin Phoenix, Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Renner, Dylan Hartigan. The film is directed by James Gray.
