Jennifer Coolidge is joining the cast of Gentleman Broncos, Jared Hess' comedy being produced by Mike White and Ben LeClair's Ripcord production company.

Michael Angarano, Sam Rockwell and Jemaine Clement are starring in the movie, which follows a high school outcast who attends a camp for writers. There, his story gets ripped off by a legendary fantasy novelist, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Hess and his wife, Jerusha Hess, wrote the script.

Coolidge is playing the mother of the teen (Angarano).

The movie is currently in production.
