The original starred Seann William Scott and centered on an ex-bouncer that leads a mediocre semi-pro hockey team to victory. The film was based on a book by Adam Frattasio and Doug Smith titled Goon: The True Story of an Unlikely Journey into Minor League Hockey.
Here is what Jay Baruchel had to say about the upcoming sequel.
I'd like to say thank you to all of you for all the GOON 2 love. You guys are wicked.
