Bell joins a cast that already includes Cillian Murphy, Thandie Newton and David Tennant. We reported just a few weeks ago that Murphy had replaced Jason Isaacs in the film.
Carl Tibbetts will make his directorial debut on the film, from a script he co-wrote with Janice Hallett. The story revolves around a married couple (Murphy and Newton) who head to a remote island to work out their marital issues where they find a military man (Tennant) who tells them that everyone on the mainland had been killed by an airborne virus. It wasn't clear what role Bell would play in the film.
Filming is said to start next month in Wales.
Retreat was released October 21st, 2011 and stars Cillian Murphy, Jamie Bell, Thandie Newton, Jimmy Yuill. The film is directed by Carl Tibbetts.

Hmmm, sounds interesting. I like Murphy and Bell is getting there (where's any news from Tintin?), so I'll probably keep tabs on this.

Jamie Bell replaces David Tennant. There are only three parts to speak of in this film.
