James Cameron Set for Sci-Fi Action Project

Production Weekly announced via Twitter that "James Cameron is developing a Shane Salerno-scripted sci-fi action script for Fox, described as an 'event' film set in the future."

No more information was announced.

    Independence Day is better than Armageddon only because it has one of the most memorable shot ever with the explosion of the white house. I'm sure Armageddon had a good scene but the best scene i could think from that movie is when the astronauts are listing the things they want for saving the world.

    nah, dont get me wrong, armageddon is pretty bad, but i could think of some worse movies.
    as far as strictly hollywood big-budget movies go i would say independence day was worse than armageddon.

    And I agree, in personal opinion, I didn't like Titanic... even if it did win awards, I thought it was about 4 hours of boringness,
    just like with the LotR trilogy, personally, I didn't like them, I respect the movies, I just didn't enjoy them.
