The photo caption reveals that Sienna Miller (middle) and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Cobra Commander (right) are indeed shown in the photo, however sites across the web are debating whether or not EW has actually made a mistake with its caption, and that it isn't the Cobra Commander but just another Cobra soldier. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra was released August 7th, 2009 and stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung-hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce. The film is directed by Stephen Sommers.

That's just another cobra soldier, we've already seen these guys. Some *sshole on here said the first images of the viper soldiers were photoshopped versions of the Army of Two guys. Guess this proves his stupid, arrogant ass wrong.

The consensus seems to be that this movie will suck...I'm reserving judgement till I see it. It has a great cast and budget, it could surprise.
Not too long back, everyone on here thought that the new Terminator was going to suck solely 'cuz McG was directing, now that opinion has shifted to "this is so badass/going to rock!"
Give the movie a chance to open in theatres before you condemn it for sport.

look, first of all the two goobs on the outside of said picture look exactly the same (aside from the lighting which projects a different color for them). that much is obvious
and secondly, if it were cobra, it wouldnt make sense for him to be in the back like that. hes the leader, and one undeniable badass. he would be in the front.
and lastly, this movie is going to suck. i have no idea why im even going on about this.
