EW is reporting that Seth Rogen has been in talks with Huey Lewis to pen and record a brand new theme song for his upcoming comedy The Pineapple Express.

It seems that Rogen was spotted having lunch with Lewis at Ford's Filling Station in Culver City, California. The film's music was the main topic of conversation. A source stated, "Seth's looking for something in the vein of Power of Love." As you may remember, this was the very popular theme from Back to the Future.

The Pineapple Express is set to open on August 8th of next year.

Pineapple Express was released August 6th, 2008 and stars Seth Rogen, James Franco, Danny McBride, Kevin Corrigan, Craig Robinson, Gary Cole, Rosie Perez, Ed Begley Jr.. The film is directed by David Gordon Green.
