Indiana Jones 4 to Premiere at Cannes Film Festival?

Inside sources have announced that the anticipated fourth installment Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18th. According to Variety, the last time Spielberg appeared at the Palais was for the 1982 classic film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull stars Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf and Cate Blanchett have been told to prepare to attend even though it hasn't been confirmed in the festival's official lineup.

Although Paramount Pictures declined to comment on the Cannes premiere, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is still scheduled to be released on May 22nd.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was released May 22nd, 2008 and stars Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Shia LaBeouf, Ray Winstone, John Hurt, Jim Broadbent, Igor Jijikine. The film is directed by Steven Spielberg.

    As some of you may well be aware, I am a scientist (NOT AN ARCHAEOLOGIST - I search for truth, not fact) and as such i totally disagree with Jones' principles of teaching. However old grumpy archaeologist + whip + jacket + Crystal skulls + even stevens - annoying chinese kid = genius. By the way it wont be better than temple of doom, the single greatest sequel of all time. By the way does anyone have more information on the origins of the crystal skull. I am a scientist watching this film solely for research purposes on the crystal skull, as such i strongly believe it originates from aliens and stuff.
