According to The Hollywood Reporter it seems that Idris Elba and Zoe Saldana are in talks to be a part of The Losers.

Warner Bros. and Silver Pictures' are adapting the Vertigo/DC Comics book. Sylvain White is directing this project.

Elba and Saldana will join Jeffrey Dean Morgan for this film.

Elba will play the character of Roque, the group's second-in-command who only has money on his mind. Saldana is Aisha, a crazy killer who has a short fuse.

An adaptation of the DC-Vertigo comic book about a band of black ops commandos who are set up to be killed by their own government. They barely survive and set out to get even.

The series was first published by the DC Comics imprint Vertigo in the 1970s. Gregory Noveck, who oversees DC Comics film transformations, will be involved in a producing capacity.

The Losers was released April 23rd, 2010 and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Zoe Saldana, Chris Evans, Idris Elba, Columbus Short, Óscar Jaenada, Jason Patric, Holt McCallany. The film is directed by Sylvain White.
