In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, Ice Age: The Meltdown took the top spots on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert sales chart and Home Media Magazine's video rental chart.
The Da Vinci Code moved into the No. 2 rental position.
You, Me and Dupree showed a lot of life as the comedy came in at No. 8 in sales and No. 6 in rentals.
Warner Bros. showed you can never doubt the power of Harry Potter as four of the titles reentered the sales realm. This is especially impressive considering the next installment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix doesn't hit theaters until next July.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire came in at No. 5, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban opened at No. 12, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets at No. 15 and rounding out the chart at No. 16 was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
