I enjoyed this movie for the most part. It isn't based on gay matters throughout. Its just another love story comedy, only between two guys and not a guy and a girl. Jim Carrey is hilarious in this and gives a pretty good performance. Like I said, I'll get a review of this up by the end of the week.

For an example to back up @Rufio- Gran Torino.

I fully agree with that assessment. This sh*t reminds me of that terrible looking movie Super coming out.

    agree with @diaigma... pass.
Note to Hollywood: call it creative, i call it gratuitous. blood, sex, violence, gore, language, etc. there's "realistic" then there is gratuitous. there's exploring life and asking thought provoking questions through your medium, then there is shoving your thoughts into the faces of your audiences all the while profiting from it (that's the fault of the audience, not Hollywood) and calling it "creative." even if it is "real," is it reality of the world or the end result that ought to be the focus of the story? i don't need to be reminded what life looks like in such a graphic manner - i have the internet, news and a front door to walk out of. learn to tell a fantastic story in a creative way, but stop selling out and dumbing it down for the audience. Clint Eastwood is, so far (there always room for him to screw this up, too), a great example. Tells a great story, asks thought-provoking questions and addresses controversial subjects (race, poverty, euthanasia, etc.) in a meaningful way and relatively creative way.
