
I Love You Phillip Morris gets delayed indefinitely
I Love You Phillip Morris played at Sundance in 2009 and was set to be released March 26. Then Consolidated Pictures Group delayed the release date to April 30.
Now a spokeswoman for the film is confirming "that the movie has been delayed again and in fact won't be coming out at the end of the month. She adds that there is no release date scheduled at this time."
The film, written by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (Bad Santa), examines a love affair between a con man (Carrey) and his cellmate (Ewan McGregor, playing the role of Phillip Morris). The movie has had mixed reactions from fans.
I Love You Phillip Morris was released December 3rd, 2010 and stars Jim Carrey, Ewan McGregor, Leslie Mann, Rodrigo Santoro, Antoni Corone, Brennan Brown, Michael Mandel, Annie Golden. The film is directed by Glenn Ficarra, John Requa.

No! I was looking forward for this movie to come out this month! I'm a big Jim Carrey fan and I prefer any comedy with him in it! "Yes Man" was his funniest! So when will this movie come out since they changed the release date yet again!?!

No, I was really looking forward to this movie. It looks like new ground for Jim. I'm not sure why they won't release the film; it seems to have garnished enough critic approval (rotten tomatoes was at 85% last time I checked).
