Yvonne Strahovski joins I, Frankenstein
The film, based on Kevin Grevioux's comic, follows Frankenstein's monster vacillating between humanity and monsterdom while being pursued by demons wanting to gain the secret of his reanimated corpse. Aaron Eckhart is playing Frankenstein, while the actress will play the female lead, a scientist working on reanimating the dead and tricked into working for demons seeking to create an army of the undead. Miranda Otto is playing the queen of the gargoyles who wants to help Frankenstein.
The story will follow an unlikely hero who comes to the aid humankind as a race of supernatural creatures look to take over Earth.
The movie is starting production this winter in Australia.
I, Frankenstein comes to theaters February 22nd, 2013 and stars Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Socratis Otto. The film is directed by Stuart Beattie.
