Hyde Park Set for 10 Remake

Hyde Park Entertainment Group has acquired rights to remake Blake Edwards' 1979 comedy 10.

According to Variety, the original picture starred Dudley Moore, Julie Andrews and a famously cornrowed Bo Derek.

"Blake's timeless original encapsulated the fallacy of 'the grass is always greener' in relationships," said Ashok Amritraj.

No production date has been set.

    yea, well everything eventually is a remake of something...books are made into movies, and does that mean the book was not good enough to stand on its own, it needs to be remade into a moving picture because we're too uninventive to use our own imaginations?

    Ohhhh MY F@#KING GOD! Here We F#$kin Go again.... Now I am really Pissed off!! 3! 3!!!! 3 remakes anounced just this week alone.. Thats it... I am so on Travalocity getting a plane ticket, car, and hotel to LA... And I am pissing on all the F%$king overpaid writers in hollywood!

    Although... I wouldn't mind if they just remade that slow motion running scene... about 15 takes would do... I have some ladies in mind.
