Hutch Dano has boarded Ramona and Beezus, Fox 2000 and Walden Media's film adaptation of the classic Beverly Cleary series of books.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Joey King, Selena Gomez, John Corbett, Bridget Moynahan and Ginnifer Goodwin already have been cast.

Dano will play Henry Huggins, a longtime classmate of Ramona's older sister Beezus, who has developed a crush on him. Huggins kicked off the Cleary fictional universe when he appeared as the title character in her first novel, "Henry Huggins," in 1950.

Ramona and Beezus was released July 23rd, 2010 and stars Joey King, Selena Gomez, John Corbett, Bridget Moynahan, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Duhamel, Jason Spevack, Sierra McCormick. The film is directed by Elizabeth Allen.
