Hugh Dancy and Krysten Ritter have joined the cast of P.J. Hogan's upcoming romantic comedy Confessions of a Shopaholic. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will star Isla Fisher in the lead role.

The plot of this Disney film is based on Sophie Kinsella's best selling novels. It will follow the adventures of a compulsive shopper played by Fisher. She finds herself in debt, and becomes a financial adviser because of it. Dancy will play the editor of the financial magazine where Fisher works and Ritter is set to play Fisher's best friend.

The movie will shoot next month in New York and Connecticut.
