And if you haven't seen it, watch the the grindhouse trailer that started it all, with a fan-made trailer that went on to win the SXSW/Robert Rodriguez Grindhouse Trailer contest.
Hobo with a Shotgun was released May 6th, 2011 and stars Rutger Hauer, Pasha Ebrahimi, Robb Wells, Brian Downey, Gregory Smith, Nick Bateman, Drew O'Hara, Molly Dunsworth. The film is directed by Jason Eisener.

I saw this movie at the sundance film festival and it was great. It was a fun filled joy ride in my opinion. It was just pleasant to watch. I spoke to the actors too and they had a lot of fun making it. They were really passionate about making it.

@Messenger, I know we are entitled to have some fun in moves now ad again, but they actually had a decent story going for them; a city completely without law, and a homeless guy cleaning out the town. But they just make it so passionless from the looks of things its a huge turn off to me.

Do you really think that they were going some artsy film? I don't mind movies like this because they aren't trying to pawn off their movie as something else. What you see is what you get. And this looks goddamn hilarious. This reminds me of crank is a lot of ways. A film you don't take serious.

From the title I thought it was going to be a comedy. Then watching the trailer first minute looked like horror, then later looked like action. So an action/comedy/horror that looks dark scary twistly funny, sickly awesome and looks like its going to be hell of good.
