im more than certain that Nolan will show us how this can be realistic just like everything else he has provided for us in the first one. the batmobile from the first one was very cool. it was a believeable vehicle. the cars from the other films were ridicuous. i love where this series is going.

the batmobile from begins looked practicle like a futuristic tank.im so glad they got away from the slick sportcar look.im confident that nolan has the good sense not to bring in rediculous gadgets.after all, what made begins great is that it was made so that people could believe in the concept of a guy being a crimefighter, due to its"not too over the top"gadgets.the bike looks cool,i cant see them bringing in a jet since he can glide...i hope not!

Nolan is the Best Director in Hollywood. Bottomline. Thats it, whatever he wants to do I accept. The Bat-Pod is a great quick replacement to the destroyed batmobile in TDK. The third installment will bring a new batmobile. Thats how the comics are theres new batmobiles every story arc, with new artists and writers. In reality if Batman left his car in the streets of Gotham each night; the Joker would at some point do something to it. In order to make a 'realistic' comic movie you need to balance realism and fiction to make it decent. What Nolan did with Begins was perfect. TDK will be better. The previous movies offered new or modified batmobiles in each installment. This will be the first Batman movie where one is completely destroyed and replaced. Sorry Nolan couldnt get the guys from pimp my ride for the batmobile. Maybe in the third one. Keep your fingers crossed.

Just because it's in the comic, doesn't mean it needs to be in the movie. I think it is totally unnessasary to have a "Bat Bike". I just hope they don't add a boat or a plane in any of the future installments. I just want them to stick with the "believable" feel they have given the new franchise. Moviegoers care (at least they should)about good stories, not a junk load of gadgets.

I think the new Batmobile is super!!! But this one seems not that realitic as Batmobile. I think Nolan is tring to do a different movie here.
