In a story from Variety, it looks like HBO has put in an order for a half-hour pilot starring Ellen Barkin. Barkin, who is new to TV, will also be a producer on a this project.

Shauna Cross will be writing the script which looks at a woman who is known for "her high-profile marriage." She gets a divorce and has to re-enter the dating world.

"You have this character in her early 50s ... whose life explodes unexpectedly," Cross says about the show. "Her nerve and life experience allows her to tell the world to go screw itself, and they love her for it."
