Harrison Ford wanted for Zombieland 2 cameo
Bloody Disgusting has learned that director Ruben Fleischer intends to one-up the Bill Murray cameo magic he captured with his first film, and that Harrison Ford and Anthony Hopkins are the two leading choices to appear as themselves in Zombieland 2. Neither actor has signed on at this point. But it surely won't be a surprise by the time this sequel hits theater screens.
The script for Zombieland 2 will also introduce a new lead villain with comedic roots, and a handsome rival who will be going head-to-head with Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson). At this time, Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg are the only two actors officially signed to appear in the sequel.
Zombieland was released October 2nd, 2009 and stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin, Amber Heard, Bill Murray, Derek Graf, Jacob G. Akins. The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer.
Zombieland 2 is in development .

sounds awesome. though i do agree that they need to STOP letting us know who's going to be popping up in movies. it kinda takes the fun out of it when you see the movie. either way i'll be seeing this, i loved the first one.

You can't complain about studios revealing their cameos movieweb. Not if you yourselves are gonna spoil them for everyone by putting up articles about it. I would have never have learned of this news if you had'nt put it on the front page. haha

Keep the cast as it was made in the original with only a minor addition. But make them as in a rival small group, trying to do the same thing as the originals. And If your going to add a special guest star, make it a comdian type, or a person who is big in horror movies. Ford and Hopkins are fantastic actors, but in a horror comedy is a bit over the top for them.
