The Pink Panther 2 is finally going before the camera. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Harald Zwart is directing the comedy.

Steve Martin is returning for his second go around with the character of Inspector Jacques Clouseau. The series will continue with the Inspector's bumbling adventures throughout France. There was no word on what the exact plot of this follow-up would be.

The film is scheduled to start shooting in late august of this year.
