Hammer of the Gods 'Everyone Has to Die' Poster
Magnet Releasing has debuted the first poster for Hammer of the Gods, following their acuqisition of director Farren Blackburn's action-thriller earlier this month. Charlie Bewley stars as Steinar, a Viking warrior who is tasked by his father, King Bagsecg (James Cosmo), to find his exiled brother. Since this bloody one-sheet features the character's name at the bottom, don't be surprised if this is the first in a series of posters highlighting individual roles. Check out the poster where 'everyone has to die'.
Hammer of the Gods comes to theaters July 5th, 2013 and stars Charlie Bewley, Clive Standen, James Cosmo, Elliot Cowan, Glynis Barber, Ivan Kaye, Michael Jibson, Guy Flanagan. The film is directed by Farren Blackburn.

THE HAMMER SURE FITS WELL into viking films (reasonable enough). This makes me think of Valhalla Rising. It better be as much of a gorefest as that film. In the battlefield, violence is not a luxory, its an expectation!
