Glenn Morshower Returns for Transformers 2

Directed by Michael Bay and starring Shia LaBeouf, Transformers 2 is scheduled for a June 26, 2009 release date.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was released June 24th, 2009 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn, Julie White. The film is directed by Michael Bay.

if you look on the net you'll see sketches of Arcee. they look really cool and properly done, maybe they were early drawings for the first movie.

aww man!! but the worst of it was when Galactus was passing the moon his shadow made out the shape of his helmet, which had me thinking we were gonna see the Galactus we know! .... RAGE!

I know what you mean with Galactus. What the hell was all that about?

they are bound to be able to bring Unicron to big screen in all his planet eating glory! look at some of the CGI on the last star wars trilogy, f*cking great! but then you look at Fan4/Rise of the Silver surfer, look at what they done to Galactus, pretty sh*t. if they wanted to, they could do it though, and they know it!

And I think making Unicron smaller would be pointless. He's a planet eating behemoth. Wouldn't make any sense for him to be smaller than the planet he was about to eat whole.

But it's not really keeping with the trend of the cartoons that the film is based on Flrep. You know the Autobots are gonna win, and watching a particularly evil looking Megatron getting his ass whooped by Prime would have been great to see.

i liked the fact that megatron kicked optimus prime's ass because it changed the whole concept of Good always wins. I mean, they still did, but the "better" man didnt win.

They I think would make him smaller. but keep the concept of him. Maybe a small moon.

Of course I think almost everybody is up for seeing Unicron on the big screen. The big question is would they take to the time to make him the giant monster that he is or change his appearance to fit a movie budget.

  12. The Narrator: The Better Man

I agree. that would be sick to c unicron. And yes rad. There come more when deceptions come, so do more auto bots. Totally agree with u on rodimus/Hot Rod. Also want to see Kup, and Arcee. We need a girl Transformer.
Captain Steele, thanks for helping educate me.
Cant wait but I have too. lol.

You mean do a live action version of Transformers The Movie? Or a variation on it, but still with Unicron as the main enemy? I think that would be great to see.

  14. Radimus-83

yeah but it was really thought out well in the cartoon. when astro-train transformed he wasn't much taller than the likes of starscream and co. like i said with the Dionbots, some of them will just not work in a live action movie. BUT, i do think Unicron would. i'd give my left nut to see the Unicron story!!

I think in TTM, Astrotrain carried most of the Decepticon army.

Even bigger was Unicron in Transformers the Movie. This cartoon was quite crazy anyway. The last cartoon of the old-style Transformers I think.

heres a few well known triple changers that Teester had mentioned.Astrotrain, Broadside, Sandstorm and Octane. I remember Astrotrain was huge on the show he was big enough to carry Devastator.
Another bigger Decepticon was Bruticus which Brawl from the first movie was part of him.

just seen jasonbourne's comment, if there putting together 2 Decepticon factions that must mean alot more Autobots. they were out-numbered and beat down too easy in the first for my liking. and they better make Optimus alot tougher, he got his ass beat twice by megatron. and that sh*t ain't on, in the toons he was a match if not better than Magatron!

  19. Radimus-83

i don't know if i want to see the dinobots. as much as i love them, i'm afraid they'll end up looking like something out of a 1980's Godzilla movie!
give me Rodimus/Hotrod, he would bring some much needed muscle to the Autobots!

    You're fine.

  21. Saquin Turok 'X'

Ah yes, the Constructicons. Wonder just how enormous they'll look, as the cartoon didn't really give the same sense of scale as the 'live' action movie did. The triple changers were even bigger though, weren't they? Not heard anything of a third film yet, but I know one's inevitable. But the Dinobots will really make it up for me. Sorry to sandwich your comment Captain Steele.

You idiot. He didn't play a SERGEANT he played a colonel. That's more than a dozen ranks higher. You really think a sergeant would have that much power over an entire airbase? Seriously?

E-3's aren't called "Sir" like that.

Your right 13 months ain't bad, look how long it took to get the first live action transformers movie. Now we're talking 3 movies in span of 6 years.
Dinobots would be cool but I'd save them for the third movie along with the Constructicons. Of course I'm always up for seeing Unicron on the big screen.

I'm afraid you'll have to Rpmelee. 13 months ain't so bad to wait for a film anymore. I'm looking really forward to The Hobbit, but that's 3 1/2 years off!

  30. The Narrator: The Better Man

Sqensq is a perv. Even my dad liked Transformers. And he falls asleep in almost every movie. Thanks XJWS79 for the update. I heard starscream was coming back leading another group of deceptions after the now dead sector seven, and a weapon, while soundwave leads another group against Optimus, to get something to revive Meagatron. So theres like a deception civil war. Or so Imdb says. Cant wait for this.
