Meat Loaf to guest star on Glee's Rocky Horror Picture Show tribute
Original cast members Meat Loaf and Barry Bostwick have signed onto guest star in the episode, which will air on October 26. They will play a pair of station managers who have a unique proposal for Jane Lynch's character, Sue Sylvester. The episode will revolve around the Glee cast putting on a stage musical rendition of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
E! Online also reports that Susan Sarandon, another original Rocky Horror Picture Show cast member, is interested in appearing in the episode, although a deal hasn't been made yet.
Fox declined to comment on the story. We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further details on Glee's tribute to The Rocky Horror Picture Show as soon as we have more information.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show was released September 26th, 1975 and stars Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick, Richard O'Brien, Patricia Quinn, Nell Campbell, Jonathan Adams, Peter Hinwood. The film is directed by Jim Sharman.
