George Lucas Is Hiring Writers for Live Action Star Wars Series

George Lucas is on the hunt for some new writers. According to Entertainment Weekly, the Star Wars creator will be flying into Los Angeles sometime in November to look for a stable of fresh talent to help with the writing choirs on his long proposed live action Star Wars television series.

Lucas' plan is to recruit a number of freelancers. He will move them up to Skywalker Ranch in late November, and they will come up with a number of story lines for the upcoming series. He has said that he wants to hire writers from other countries as well.

The writers will be responsible for the first thirteen episodes of the serialized program. Lucas will produce and finance each episode himself.

I agree with KaoNoshi, not much faith in Lucas these days for me. I love Star Wars, Empire was the best. After the last 3 films of Lucas and his sniveling p*ssy ass vader Im not that interested, though I will watch it.
