Gemma Ward signs on for Stranger Tides
It was said that the film starts shooting in Hawaii this week, but Ward won't start shooting her scenes until August. The site wouldn't reveal any details on the Australian actress' character, but added that the role was, "a small speaking part."
The model/actress had previously appeared in the 2008 horror film The Strangers and the French film The Black Balloon.
We'll be sure to keep you posted on any further details on Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which will be directed by Rob Marshall, as soon as we have more information.
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released May 20th, 2011 and stars Johnny Depp, Penélope Cruz, Geoffrey Rush, Ian McShane, Kevin McNally, Sam Claflin, Astrid Berges-Frisbey, Stephen Graham. The film is directed by Rob Marshall.
