Gabriele Muccino to Direct What I Know About Love
Like that 1970s custody saga, Muccino said that the film will seek to explore the wounds of divorce and single parenthood.
The project potentially also could involve Overbrook Entertainment, Smith and James Lassiter's Columbia-set production company with which Muccino made his two most recent films, The Pursuit of Happyness and the upcoming Seven Pounds, both of which star Smith.
Muccino will write What I Know About Love with Sex and the City scribe Liz Tuccillo.
No production date has been set.

I liked the Pursuit of Happyness, and Seven Pounds sounds really good; this will probably be good too. And if Will's in it, it'll be great...
*Looks like Muccino is pulling a Burton...find a really great actor, and put him in every film you make...then you know you can't f*ck it up.*

Hitch was ok, I don't think he's done any other romantic comedies. I have no interest in this one.

NAME GOES HERE
although i don't mind the odd rom-com and i'm a huge fan of Will Smith, i can't say that i like Will Smith in those roles (i kinda hated "Hitch") even though he is more than competent at acting the sentimental part (i thought his performance in "The Pursuit of Happyness" couldn't have been better) so maybe it was just "Hitch" that i didn't like - he hasn't done any other rom-coms has he?
