Comedy Central renews Futurama for two more seasons
The network issued a 26-episode order, which will spread out over two 13-episode seasons. The tactic is similar to the network's initial deal to bring the show back in June 2009. 13 episodes from that original order have already aired, with the next cycle set to debut in June. This new 26-episode renewal will keep Futurama on the air throughout the year 2013.
The last season of Futurama averaged 2.5 million viewers, which factors in DVR numbers. It is unclear when production will start on this new order of episodes.
Futurama features the voice talents of Billy West, Katey Sagal, John Di Maggio, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, Phil LaMarr, and Lauren Tom.

I'm liking this trend of old shows finding new life with better networks. :P
For if "The Simpsons" had a timeblock besides 5pm on weekdays and 8pm on Sundays, then I'd have probably been an avid fan for 15yrs now.
