Frankenweenie 'Puppet Hospital' Featurette

Walt Disney Pictures has released a featurette and a new clip from Frankenweenie, director Tim Burton's 3D stop-motion comedy about a boy who brings his dead dog Sparky back to life. The featurette includes interviews with Tim Burton and Winona Ryder, and gives us a glimpse at the "puppet hospital," where these stop-motion puppets are meticulously repaired. The clip features Sparky interacting with the neighbor dog Persephone, with an inventive homage to the horror classic Bride of Frankenstein.


Frankenweenie was released October 5th, 2012 and stars Catherine O'Hara, Martin Short, Martin Landau, Winona Ryder, Charlie Tahan, Atticus Shaffer, Robert Capron, Christopher Lee. The film is directed by Tim Burton.
