Frank Grillo confirmed as Crossbones for Captain America: The Winter Soldier
The villain debuted in the Marvel comic books in 1989 as Brock Rumlow, the leader of the Savage Crims gang in New York. He later went on to serve as a henchman of Red Skull under the code name Crossbones. The actor joins Chris Evans and Samuel L. Jackson, who return as Steve Rogers and Nick Fury, along with Anthony Mackie as Falcon.
Anthony Russo and Joe Russo are directing from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. Production will likely begin after shooting wraps on Marvel Studios' Thor: The Dark World.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier comes to theaters April 4th, 2014 and stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Robert Redford, Frank Grillo. The film is directed by Anthony Russo, Joe Russo.

I've seen him in a few films, he's a much better actor than some of them.
I've always thought that a rough and ragged 21 year old would be better as Ghost Rider. Now that needs to be rebooted.
