Fox has picked up Fallen, a new project from scribe John Glenn (Eagle Eye) that centers on a group of vigilantes -- the so-called fallen angels -- who work to take down criminals and corrupt forces in New York, according to Variety.

Glenn will exec produce with Peter Chernin's new production shingle and Katherine Pope.
