Fox Brings The Devil Wears Prada To TV
The TV series will not be exactly like the movie or the book, says Varitey. Executive producer Robin Schiff says, "The reason you loved the book and the reason you loved the movie was these were characters you really cared about in a world you wanted to learn more about." The concept of the story is the relationship between a nasty fashion magazine editor and her new assistant.
There's no production schedule yet for The Devil Wears Prada TV show.
The Devil Wears Prada was released June 30th, 2006 and stars Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Simon Baker, Adrian Grenier, Tracie Thoms, Rich Sommer. The film is directed by David Frankel.
