Apple has just posted a brand new trailer for Kick-Ass, which will arrive in theaters nationwide on April 16. Click on the video player below to catch a glimpse of this brand new trailer.

Matthew Vaughn's Kick-Ass stars Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Chloe Moretz and will be released in theaters everywhere on April 16.

A twisted, funny, high-octane adventure, director Matthew Vaughn brings Kick-Ass to the big screen.

Kick-Ass tells the story of average teenager Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), a comic-book fanboy who decides to take his obsession as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name -- Kick-Ass -- assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. There's only one problem standing in his way: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

His life is forever changed as he inspires a subculture of copy cats, is hunted by assorted violent and unpleasant characters, and meets up with a pair of crazed vigilantes, including an 11-year-old sword-wielding dynamo, Hit Girl (Chloe Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage).

Kick-Ass was released April 16th, 2010 and stars Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz, Nicolas Cage, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Clark Duke, Evan Peters, Garrett M. Brown, Deborah Twiss. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn.

I got kind of the same feeling watching this trailer as I did with Kill Bill. I love original, stylized violence, that's the kind of sh*t that makes the movie stand out and have people talking. Anybody could pick up a gun, say a witty little line and pull the trigger. Or you could use a rope to kill one bad guy, and in the process make another bad guy blow his one brains out with said rope. Bad. F*cking. Ass.

That's cool. Maybe she could cement an acting career doing action movies. That'd be different for a teenage girl.

I think a midnight show for this will be pretty sweet (no, I'm not gonna say it would be... the title...)

Instant cult classic, before it's even released, I can feel it. I'm dying to see this. We won't soon forget Chloe Moretz, she's tearing the screen up as Hit Girl, and easily the most controversial character. But also the best.
