Four character prequel videos have been released for the upcoming vampire thriller Stake Land, which arrives in theaters nationwide on April 22. Stake Land was released April 22nd, 2011 and stars Danielle Harris, Kelly McGillis, Connor Paolo, Michael Cerveris, Bonnie Dennison, Nick Damici, Sean Nelson, Chance Kelly. The film is directed by Jim Mickle.

Movie looks good but these prequels suck. Either to vague, boring or nonsensical. "hey son we have to go, vampires have come to eat us, pack your school books." What? What about some cloths? and what's with the girl unhooking her seatbelt and not falling? She just suspended in her place a good 30 sec after she unbuckled. WTF? Did the laws of gravity fly out the window with her boyfriend? It looks like the producers gave a PA a camera and some lights and told him to go for it. BAD-IDEA.
