Jamie Bell and Imogen Poots are in talks to join the Jane Eyre adaption
If they join the cast, Bell would portray St. John, a clergyman cousin of Eyre, Dench will play Mrs. Fairfax, Thornfield Manor's housekeeper, Hawkins will play Mrs. Reed, Eyre's abusive aunt and it wasn't clear what role Poots would play.
Cary Fukunaga is directing and Mia Wasikowska will play the title character and Michael Fassbender has also been cast as Edward Rochester, Eyre's employer who she falls in love with but later discovers is hiding a dark secret.
It wasn't clear when production would start on the film.
Jane Eyre was released March 11th, 2011 and stars Mia Wasikowska, Jamie Bell, Su Elliot, Holly Grainger, Tamzin Merchant, Amelia Clarkson, Craig Roberts, Sally Hawkins. The film is directed by Cary Fukunaga.

Stoked for this. I've never seen Mia Wasikowska in anything yet, but she looks good in Alice. Michael Fassbender and Judi Dench on the other hand are fantastic.

I adore Judi Dench, Michael Fassbender and Jamie Bell, so this is great news, even though I'm not a fan of JANE EYRE.
