Forest Whitaker and Sid Ganis Announce Oscar Nominations
Ganis and Whitaker will unveil the nominations in 10 of the 24 award categories at a 5:30 a.m. news conference at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, where hundreds of media representatives from around the world will be gathered. I do hope Mickey Rourke gets it too, outlaw, but i doubt it. They'll probably give it to an chump like Brad Pitt or someone else less deserving.

I really do not see Jackman changing his entire personality to host the Awards. I am expecting it to be similar to the Tony's. Also, he is not a big political person except for adoption rights in Australia.

Err
hugh jackman is hosting?
i just don't see it, but whatever. i guess it doesn't matter who hosts as long as their cue-card reading skills are sharp.

I wouldn't be surprised for Slumdog. In the past, oscars have awarded movies that are non deserving.

It's gonna be a great show. Never missed one since I was 6 years old. Jackmans should be good, too. Well....as long as he sticks to his thing, like what he did at the Tony Awards. If he tries to pull some popular stand-up routine sh*t, political jokes and whatnot, he's gonna bomb. But he's classy, and I think he'll do fine. Keep you eyes open for Slumdog Millionaire to be the underdog winner this year!

Hold on now. I thought they weren't going to give up nominations. They said it was supposed to be like a surprise. Is this sh*t even real.
