First Sex and The City: The Movie Image
The show's longtime executive producer, Michael Patrick King, is set to write and direct.
Additionally, Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler and Jason Lewis will return as the women's love interests. Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls) has also joined the cast of the film and will play Carrie Bradshaw's assistant, a new character to be introduced in the film.

This film has been in the planning stages for so many years and now it's finally getting made ... lot of pressure on the filmmakers and cast to not screw-it up with a lame story ... they've certainly had a long time to develop this!
