@Brian - RE4 and 5 has running zombies. By the looks of things, they're going Progenitor virus on this. Those dudes run. Of course, RE4 and 5 aren't nearly as good as the others :P

WAIT i remeber the last time a zombie scared me. it was in the 1st resident evil game on playstation 1. those hallway turns the scary wallpaper and quiet rooms, w nothing but a scary soundtrack. why cant the movie be like that? im sure they can come up w a good storyline for the haunted mansion. and make it atleast 50% like the game was. even if the plot was diff. it would even b a kickass movie if they made resident evil 2... "separate ways" like the game was. even tho u will already know how it ends since its the same story as part1 but a diff direction, wat u didnt see. , dont mind me, thats just an idea where they can take this story. rather than wat we been getting.

the more i see these previews and posters, it doesnt look anything RESIDENT EVIL to me. it just looks like a reboot version of ULTRAVIOLET. or sumthing like that. maybe ULTRAVIOLET meets RESIDENT EVIL. im pretty sure this will b a great movie. with action and stuff. but whoever made this movie, took the whole scaryness out of it. that spooky feeling, those freaky jumps and popups r not there. i cant remeber the last time a zombie scared me. maybe in that old movie "night of the living dead" or 'dawn of the dead" Anyhow. i hope im wrong and atleast sumthing freaks me out during the movie. lol

@Brian those are running zombies because they are "Plaga" zombies. The film version of plagas is the evolution for the T-Virus.
