Technically, hoisin, there hasn't been a live action "theatrical" Alice in Wonderland since 1933. The story itself is so screwy and dark that it's SCREAMING for Burton attention. I'm all for it.
I just got your joke err...my wife would be furious ;)

The Narrator: The Better Man
I just went to see the Dragonball teaser, and the studio took it back. WTF!!
Sorry bout that.
Well, If I could have Snyder do a video game adaption, why not HALO!?

Burton's done plenty of original things and yes, plenty of remakes, but zack snyder has done a remake, an adaption, is in post-production on an adaptation, and is set to adapt another book...and he's awesome. As long as the movie's are good, does it matter?...nope. Granted, i'd like to see zack do something original, but he's got a good thing going with the adaptations

hoisin, go jump off of a bridge. Well, you gotta remember that it's almost the end of 2008 right now. It'll be a year and a couple of months before it comes out.

The Doctor
This will look brilliant as Burton dark gothic mind will re-invent the alice in wonderland books.

The Narrator: The Better Man
Uhm no Vamp. i was just wondering how long it would take for the graphics, cuz if it takes this long, it should be pretty sick graphics, so yeah. Not lookin to disrupt anyone, so yea.

I think the 1999 TV version with Whoopi Goldberg, Ben Kingsley, Peter Ustinov, Christopher LLoyd, Gene Wilder and Martin Short covered BOTH books.

Tim Burton's spin on this story is truly unexpected. Considering that the novel was twisted enough already, then I wonder what Tim will do to make it more his own? Perhaps make it to be like the novel for a change? Since the original version hasn't yet been properly adapted. Therefore, I'd picture it being like a cross between his 2 other films "Big Fish" & "Finding Neverland." And especially cuz Disney picked this up, you can bet it won't be as dark as the novel was. The sequel "Through The Looking Glass" was great to, though to my knowledge, unadapted in film as of yet. I'll be seeing this for sure.

I don't care if she's hot or not when in the movie, we're just saying whether we think she's...uh...hot or not, based on these pics.
