First Official Images from The Karate Kid Remake
Columbia Pictures has just revealed the first four official images from The Karate Kid remake which is set to hit theaters on June 11, 2010. Check out the images below featuring stars Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan.
The Karate Kid stars Jackie Chan, Jaden Smith, Taraji P. Henson and will hit theaters nationwide on June 11, 2010.
The Karate Kid was released June 11th, 2010 and stars Jaden Smith, Jackie Chan, Taraji P. Henson, Wenwen Han, Rongguang Yu, Zhensu Wu, Zhiheng Wang, Zhenwei Wang. The film is directed by Harald Zwart.

this will make BANK, but it will be horrible.
In a just world this film will bomb so badly it'll send all involved into actors purgatory! I used to love you jackie, but you had to become a sellout putz!
The karate kid was decent for it's time, but even then it was campy at best. It doesn't fit in this generation, infact i can't even say the words karate without thinking of some cheesy 80s film.

if he can actually do wut he is doin in that first picture, that is pretty impressive, but yeah way too young for this. idk how they will make his nine year old competition actually seem intimidating, unless they r lil roided out 9 yr olds.

Yeah, this will probably be a bust. Should've at least waited until he was of karate kid age. Too young for him, too soon for this remake. Might be interesting for the kids to see though. I guess that's who they're targeting with this one.
