Will Eisner's The Spirit opens January 16th, 2009, and stars Gabriel Macht, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes, Sarah Paulson, Dan Lauria, Stana Katic, Johnny Simmons, Louis Lombardi, Jamie King and Paz Vega.
The Spirit was released December 25th, 2008 and stars Jaime King, Gabriel Macht, Dan Gerrity, Arthur the Cat, Kimberly Cox, Brian Lucero, David Brian Martin, Larry Reinhardt-Meyer. The film is directed by Frank Miller.

I'm getting tired of seeing Sam Jackson in every other movie. I believe without a doubt he's a great actor, but he's not versatile. The movies hes in definitely make a sh*t load of money, but that doesn't mean they're all good movies. Many film watchers go to see a movie just because of the actors or actresses in the movie, but look at Snakes on a Plane for example. People were hyped about the movie before it came out because of Sam Jackson. "OMG Samuel Jackson is starring in Snakes on a Plane, we HAVE to go see it." It's a load of bull. All I'm saying is The Spirit has the potential of being good, but just because Sam Jackson is in it doesn't mean it's going to be.

...not the best role for him, not bad but for one Nick Fury is supposed to be white. The only time he is black is in Marvel's Ultimate Universe. But I still think he will do good, he has the dry *sshole ability to play Fury well though I think
