I think his body is okay, but the droopy skin around his eyes makes him look really old and like he needs a facelift lol. Sorry, but that's what I thought when I watched Rambo.

I loved Rambo, and Balboa. But they physical shape of Sly should his age. He abs was not there, and showed a visual sign of weight gains. But this pic makes him look so riped, like he was in Rambo II. This movie will rock. There are a few in it I don't think should have been given roles, since most are guy that was big in the 80'2 and 90's when Sly was, well, Sly. I would have liked to see JCVD in this though. Have him in Jet Li do a martial arts fight would have been kool...

Apparently Van Damme turned down the role that Dolph is now playing. A few others such as Kurt Russell, Segal and Wesley Snipes turned down roles for various reasons.
