Find Out About the Galapagos Series on the National Geographic Channel
Plants and animals on the islands have "evolved to nearly 2000 species unique to the Galapagos." Half of the birds and insects, one third of the plants and 90% of the reptiles there exist only on the Galapagos Islands.
This Galapagos series is currently airing on the National Geographic Channel and will continue to air throughout the week.
