Death is just as omnipresent as ever, and in Final Destination 5 it strikes again. During the bus ride to a corporate retreat, Sam (Nicholas D'Agosto) has a premonition in which he and most of his friends - as well as numerous others - die in a horrific bridge collapse. When his vision ends, events begin to mirror what he had seen, and he frantically ushers as many of his colleagues - including his friend, Peter (Miles Fisher), and girlfriend, Molly (Emma Bell) - away from the disaster before Death can claim them. But these unsuspecting souls were never supposed to survive, and in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group tries to discover a way to escape Death's sinister agenda.

I think Piranha 3DD already has that to handle @ROFLitschristian :) Maybe a building collapse or a house party fire?

@Number1Wolverine even though it may not look like a prequel, but the twist-ending really brings the franchise "full circle" if u know what I mean ;)

@ROFLitschristian I hope if they make a Final Destination 6 it will have to do with a cruise ship sinking! what do you want to be the next "disaster " for another FD film?

@ghostman I think the Final Destination series has a little more integrity than that. They can't play that time lapse card over again.

Nice blu-ray cover art, but where's the 3D version? @ROFLitschristian Just think: they can make a 6th one that ends before FD2, a 7th one that ends before FD3 and an 8th one that ends with FD4. It keeps going and going, and going....haha they're fun movies to watch.

Another waste of film...I saw it at the cheap theater (was a boring night ...and for $1.50 Tuesday ...couldn't beat the price!!)...1/2 the audience couldn't stop laughing....and as I left the theater I kept wondering "Did we really need a prequel"?!.
